Kalyani is a Research Scholar at the Department of Philosophy, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram, University of Kerala, India. Her area of research is Philosophical Counselling. She did her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Philosophy from the University of Kerala. She was awarded M.Govindan Memorial Gold Medal and Prof.P.Sundaram Pillai Memorial Prize for achieving the top position in the University for the year 2015. She is a certified associate in Client Counseling from the American Philosophical Practitioners Association and Philosophical Practitioners Association of India. She is passionate about developing her career as a counsellor and to conduct further research for exploring more possibilities in the field of Philosophical Counselling.
